1-hour minimum
Any service lasting less than one hour is billed at the $100 one-hour minimum.

Outside the five boroughs
Trips extending beyond New York City's five boroughs are charged at the applicable NYC base fare plus $3.50 per mile travelled outside the five boroughs, plus applicable tolls and parking.
Complimentary Grace Periods
Waiting time does not start until the applicable grace period below has expired. Airport pickups are monitored using your flight information, so the grace period runs from the actual flight arrival — not the originally scheduled arrival.

Waiting Time & Additional Stops
Waiting Time
$1.50 per minuteCharged only once the applicable complimentary grace period has expired.
Additional Stops
$25 per additional stopIncludes up to 10 minutes of waiting at that stop.
After the included 10 minutes, additional waiting is charged at $1.50 per minute. Stops involving a significant detour or substantial additional travel may require an adjusted quote or hourly-service pricing.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Other Terms
Long-distance service
Extended-distance trips may require a custom flat-rate quote rather than standard mileage pricing. Contact us with the route and we will quote it before you travel.
Rates are per vehicle
Rates are charged per vehicle, not per passenger, provided the number of passengers and the amount of luggage are within the safe capacity of the selected vehicle.
A larger vehicle, or an additional vehicle, may result in a different rate.
Payment & card authorisation
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure a reservation.
The card is securely authorised and held so that applicable cancellation, no-show, waiting-time, additional-stop and other authorised charges can be processed according to the policies on this page.
Tolls & parking
Applicable tolls and parking charges are additional, unless they are specifically included in a quoted flat rate.
